One Stop Car Care

One Stop Car Care, located in Surrey, British Columbia, offers a full suite of vehicle and home protection services—Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, detailing, wheels/tires work, and home surface protection. Their previous site had all these services listed but lacked clarity, performance, and strong conversion paths to convert visitors into leads. Olive Concepts was appointed to reimagine their digital presence, making it cleaner, faster, and more persuasive.

We started by reorganizing their site structure to give each service its own spotlight while ensuring easy cross-navigation. Service pages were reworked with benefit-centered copy, visual proof via galleries, and strong CTAs to drive quote requests. The design system unified brand visuals across pages, and we prioritized performance optimization—especially for image-heavy content—so the user experience would remain smooth across devices.

The new website now positions One Stop Car Care as a premium, trustworthy, and performance-driven service provider. Visitors can easily find and explore any service, see real results with galleries, read testimonials, and submit quote requests effortlessly. The result is a stronger brand presence online, improved usability, and a digital platform that better supports lead generation and client trust.

The existing One Stop Car Care site did not clearly differentiate between core services (PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, wheels & tires, home surface protection) — visitors struggled to identify what they needed.
The visual presentation and branding lacked coherence across services, which weakened the perception of premium workmanship.
Conversion touchpoints like “Get A Quote” were present but not emphasized in every service path, leading to potential leads being lost.
Mobile responsiveness and site performance needed enhancement especially around image-heavy galleries and content pages.
Trust signals such as customer reviews, warranty information, and proof of work were not consistently integrated across pages, reducing persuasion efficacy.

Rebuilt the site architecture with clear, intuitive navigation that allows users to jump directly to PPF, coating, detailing, or home-protection services.
Established a unified visual identity: consistent color palette, typography, and imagery styling to reflect craftsmanship and premium positioning.
Strategically placed CTAs (e.g. “Get A Quote”) at hero, mid-content, and end-of-page for every service to maximize engagement opportunities.
Optimized performance via image compression, lazy loading, responsive design tweaks, and clean front-end implementation to ensure fast load times.
Embedded trust elements — review sliders, warranty badges (10-year PPF warranty mentioned), before/after galleries, and service guarantees — across relevant pages.

Mapped flows where users can choose a service, view results, read process & benefits, and request a quote—all in minimal steps.
Created mockups rooted in clean, modern design that balances lifestyle imagery with technical clarity; consistent brand tone from homepage to service pages.
